Is Wriggly Rascals a secure site?
Yes. Security is critical to us. We are accredited by Safebuy & TrustUK who are the leading UK independent web trader verification association and are supported by the UK government. Safebuy introduced a set of clear guidelines to protect consumers and we embrace their stand. Find out more information on

Does Wriggly Rascals hold my credit card details?
No. Once you have decided what you want to buy, the Checkout process links you to a secure 3rd party payment provider. It is on this site that you enter your card details. Once the payment provider has checked your account, they email us to say that your payment has been received. We never have access to your card details.


How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment providers;
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Paypal.


I am based outside the UK. Do your prices include UK VAT?
All sales made outside of the UK do not include UK Vat at 17.5%. When you log in as a non UK customer, the prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT.
Many of our products are exclusive of UK VAT even to UK customers.
Please note that any import taxes will be your responsibility and are not included in our prices.


How do I know that my order has been received by Wriggly Rascals?
We will email you an order comfirmation to you once your order has been processed. When we dispatch your order, we will send you an update as well.


Where does Wriggly Rascals delivery to?
Everywhere.


How quickly will my order be shipped?
We post out most orders each day but occasionally it will take us 2 days to post your order (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted out the next working day.


Can I can cancel my order?
Yes, of course you can. We need you to cancel the order prior to 14.30 (GMT) on the day of shipment. After this time, we will do our best but it may not be possible if the delivery company has already collected your order.

What are the delivery costs for UK orders?
If your order is higher than £40, your order will be posted free via 1st class post.
For orders less than £40, the UK delivery charge is £2.50.

Delivery to the UK will be made via 1st Class Royal Mail and deliveries should be expected within 2-3 working days but is not guaranteed.

Please be advise an alternative delivery address if you will not be able to sign for the package at your home address to avoid delays in receiving your order.
We can not deliver to post office boxes.


What are the delivery costs for European orders?
Delivery to European countries are either by surface mail or air mail.
Delivery within 3-5 days (air mail) £10.00
Delivery within 2-4weeks (surface mail) £5.00

Deliveries to European addresses will require a signature on delivery.
Please advise an alternative delivery address if you will not be able to sign for the package at your home address to avoid delays in receiving your order.
We can not deliver to post office boxes.

What are the delivery costs for the rest of the World?
Delivery to all countries outside Europe are by Air mail.
Delivery within 5-7 days (air mail) £14.00

Deliveries are sent via Airmail and a signature will be required.
Please advise an alternative delivery address if you will not be able to sign for the package at your home address to avoid delays in receiving your order.
We can not deliver to post office boxes.

What is your Returns Policy?
We pride ourselves on working with fantastic suppliers who ensure that all goods are supplied to the highest quality and we also carry out random quality testing of our products.
You can return any items that you are not happy with within 15 days of receipt for either an exchange or a refund. The items must be unworn or unused and in their original packaging.
Any refund will be made via the original payment method.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
The goods should be returned with the completed paperwork (a returns form is sent with your order) to our returns address;

What is your privacy policy?
We will never pass on your details to a third party. We hate it and expect you do to!


Will Wriggly Rascals send emails to me?
We do not send spam emails to you. We will only email you as follows;
1. For each order, the order confirmation and delivery update. You will also receive confirmation of payment from the payment provider.
2. If you have signed up for our monthly news letter you will receive this.
You can unsubscribe anytime by doing the following;

Who do I complain to if I'm not happy?
Us! In the first instance, call or email us and we will tell you what we will do to help/rectify the problem. We will respond within 24 hours to you. There is also access to an arbitration service at
Safebuy but we aim to never use their service!
